As much as I didn't want to move into an apartment from my house it was the smoothest transition during a very turbulent ... time in my life over 6 years ago. Tiffany is so considerate and accommodating and has done an awesome job over the years. I can't stop there or say enough about the outstanding team of hard workers that put every fire out and follow up with residents. Thanks to Ryan, Wade and Bridget for there friendly professionalism and always making sure the grounds, apartments and residents are content. Before COVID 19 we had community events with food, raffles and lots of fun getting to know some of the other residents, super fun times. I have lived at Overlook for about 4 years now and I have to give a shout out to the team that keeps this community running ... smoothly. Tiffany, Bridget, Ryan, and Wade are amazing!! They are super responsive to every request that is put in and are genuinely concerned and care for every person that lives in this community! Keep it up guys, you really are what make this a great place to live! The Overlook is a great property as well, the landscaping and buildings are always in great shape, thanks to the great maintenance team here! The amenities are plentiful, pool, hot tub, workout room, and other things I’m sure I’m missing! Great place and have had nothing but good things to say about it over the last 4 years!! My husband and I have lived at the Overlook in a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom unit for almost a year now and will be renewing our ... lease because we have yet to find another apartment with the same value for the price! Our issues have been minimal and maintenance is always quick to fix anything. If we move, we'll probably stay in the complex if possible! The Overlook at Murrayhill is a great place to live. The property is beautifully maintained and the office staff always makes you feel welcome. They also have a heated pool and hot tub to help relax.

My SO and I moved in recently and are very happy with our decision. The apartment looked to be very clean and well maintained. Bridget and Tiffany were very responsive/helpful and even left us a handwritten card and gift bag with some snacks.

I moved into Overlook December, 2018 and have been delighted and very happy. From the beginning, the staff has been friendly, helpful; and if I needed anything around my place, it was addressed in a timely manner. The community is safe, quiet with the grounds and buildings taken care of beautifully. It is within walking distance of shopping, eateries and library. There are lovely places to walk, ride a bike or just sit and enjoy the sunshine.

This is a great place to live! The complex is well maintained with nice walking paths, maintenance is nice and very responsive, and all the managers on staff are great to work with. They've been great to work with even through the pandemic, being as flexible as they can with people. We used to pay the same in rent for a one-bedroom. We love having more space but still being able to get downtown for work easily.

I have lived at this property a little over a year now and I love this place so much! The staff is wonderful, maintenance is so great and helpful and everyone here is welcoming and kind. The area is perfect and I am so very pleased with management and the beautiful landscape!

My partner and I have lived here for over 4 years and we absolutely love our apartment. It’s perfect size for the two of us and our two kitties! Ryan, our maintenance man, is always so gracious and on top of every single request we’ve sent in. We also love and respect Tiffany and the rest of the team. All our neighbors are friendly too! We love our Murray hill family!

Very quiet and well maintained, older complex with more grass and space than typical of new complexes. Staff are pleasant, and non-intrusive and maintenance requests are handled very quickly. Safe, extremely pleasant place to live.
